on the Drawing toolbar. Enter the text you need in the textbox, then use the rotation handle at the top of the textbox to change the direction of the text.
Don't print hidden text means the hidden text is invisible in the print preview, and the following text will replace the space of the hidden text. Print space of hidden text means the hidden text will not be displayed in the print preview and will not affect the typesetting. For instance, if you do not want to print the anwsers to a quiz but wanted the space for the anwser, you would use Print space of hidden text.
This is because you have started the Overwrite mode. To solve this problem, you just need to press Insert key on the keyboard, then the Overwrite mode changes to Insert mode.
Select Start/Program/Kingsoft Office 2007/Kingsoft Office Tools/Configuration tools. Then click the Advanced button in the popup dialogue, click the File Association tab, and then deselect the checkbox Microsoft Word Documents.

If you want to enter 2 fifth (2/5). You can press 0 first, then press Enter, then enter "2/5". Then press Enter, and the fraction will be entered.
Select the cells that you need to add the measurement units to, then click Format/Cells. In the popup dialogue, click the Number tab, then select Custom under Category. Then select the suitable number format in the list box under Type, for instance "0.00". Then enter a unit in the textbox under Type, for instance, "dollar", then click OK.
Click the Tools menu and select Settings. In the popup dialogue, select the View tab, then deselect the Zero values checkbox under the Window options, and then click OK.
There are three ways to convert formats:
The best way is to put the picture in a master slide, then you just need one operation. Click View/Master, then select Slide Master. In the master view, position the picture in the right place and then close the master view. Then this picture will appear on all the slides, including the newly inserted ones.
Kingsoft Presentation offers a quick way to insert flash. You just need to select Insert/Flash, and then insert the file you need in the popup dialogue.
Kingsoft Presentation offers a quick way to insert background music. You can select Insert/Movies and Sounds/Sound.
Yes. If your computer supports two monitors. When you are making a presentation through Kingsoft Presentation, then you are able to browse the text in Normal View in the primary monitor. Meanwhile, you are able to show this presentation in full screen mode on the secondly monitor.
Press F5 or select Slide Show/Play to show the presentation. In Image 1, select Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor. Then you are able to enter the Double-screen show mode. If you didn't set this setting, when you click Play, then the dialogue in Image 2 will appear. Then you need to select Use the extended mode different from that of the audience. After that, you can start the double-screen show by clicking Play. If you are going to use Double-screen show mode from now on, you can select the check box Use the selected playing mode next time by default.


You can set the time to control the slide transition by pressing Ctrl+F1 to popup the task pane, then click Slide Transition in the drop-down list. In the Slide Transition pane, you can set the time of the slide transition. Please refer to the following screenshot:
